He was killed in action during the Flanders Offensive, at Ypres on the 25th October 1917, aged 31

Harry, a waggoner, was the son of William, a waggoner on a farm, and Jane Reeve, who lived at Fir Tree Hill, Charlecote. He was born in Lighthorne.  In the 1911 census he has a son, aged 6, William.  At the time of his death he was living at High Street, Barford with his wife, Rebecca Jane.

Decorations received, British War Medal, Victory Medal.

He is commemorated on the Tyne Cot memorial, Belgium.
